7. INTERMEDIARY STATUS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Where applicable, ANISH ENTERPRISES operates as a technology provider/intermediary. We are not responsible for user-generated actions or misuse of systems, provided due diligence and legal compliance requirements are met under applicable laws.

8. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

Data is retained only as long as necessary for operational and legal purposes. Users may request deletion of their data. Data is securely deleted when no longer required.

9. SECURITY PRACTICES

We follow industry-aligned security practices including secure system architecture, continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessment, patching, and access restriction. However, no system is 100% secure, and residual risks may exist.

10. VULNERABILITY DISCLOSURE POLICY
