3.1 Data We Collect

3.2 Purpose of Data Collection

Data is collected solely for service improvement, security monitoring, user support and communication, and research & development.

3.3 Data Protection Measures

We implement reasonable security practices as required under Section 43A of the IT Act, including encryption, access control, and monitoring systems.

3.4 Data Sharing & Disclosure

No personal data is sold or rented. Data is shared only when legally required or with user consent. Unauthorized disclosure is strictly prohibited under Section 72A.

3.5 User Consent

By using our services, you provide informed consent for data collection. Users may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Users agree NOT to:

Attempt unauthorized access to any system or network
Exploit vulnerabilities without explicit permission
Distribute malware, malicious code, or exploit tools unlawfully
Interfere with system integrity or availability
Engage in any activity violating applicable cyber laws

Violation may result in termination of access and legal action under the IT Act.

5. CYBERSECURITY & ETHICAL USAGE

All tools, platforms, and systems provided by ANISH ENTERPRISES are intended strictly for educational purposes, security research, and ethical authorized testing. We do NOT support or promote illegal hacking, unauthorized exploitation, or malicious activities. Users bear full responsibility for how they use any provided technology.

6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. ANISH ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for misuse of tools or systems, unauthorized activities conducted by users, data loss, system damage, indirect consequences, or security breaches caused by user negligence. Use of services is at your own risk.

7. INTERMEDIARY STATUS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Where applicable, ANISH ENTERPRISES operates as a technology provider/intermediary. We are not responsible for user-generated actions or misuse of systems, provided due diligence and legal compliance requirements are met under applicable laws.

8. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

Data is retained only as long as necessary for operational and legal purposes. Users may request deletion of their data. Data is securely deleted when no longer required.

9. SECURITY PRACTICES

We follow industry-aligned security practices including secure system architecture, continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessment, patching, and access restriction. However, no system is 100% secure, and residual risks may exist.

10. VULNERABILITY DISCLOSURE POLICY

We encourage responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities. Researchers must report vulnerabilities privately, avoid public disclosure without authorization, and not exploit discovered flaws. Failure to follow responsible disclosure may result in legal action.
